Kristin Bedi, Assistant
She has over two years experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to working at Realty Mortgage Kristin attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN. She moved to the Nashville area shortly after graduation when she married Andrew Bedi.
As Charlie's assistant Kristin sets up loan files, gathers needed paperwork and turns the files over to processing. Throughout the loan process Kristin sends out email updates to realtors and borrowers to keep them updated each step of the process. Kristin is a wonderful contact for questions you may have.
Marsha Myatt, Processor
Together, Marsha and her husband have a 'Brady Bunch' family consisting of 6 children and one granddaughter. She is also part of a traveling gospel singing group called Airborne.
Marsha has over 12 years experience in the mortgage business previously working at Union Planters and NVR. She has been everything from a receptionist to a closer so she knows the ins and outs of the mortgage business.
After Marsha has the files, she may contact the borrowers for clarification on paperwork and on additional paperwork she may need.
Kathy Mendenhall, Underwriter
Kathy has three children and is expecting her first grandchild in August. She and her husband love to travel in their motor home.
Kathy has over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry and has previously worked at Franklin American and Beazer Mortgage.
Before becoming his underwriter Kathy was Charlie's processor. Their years of working together have formed a close knit team. Having a close working relationship with your underwriter can be a very useful asset to our clients.
